ADHD often keeps us living in the “now,” so it’s easy to forget what led to the chaos.

2️⃣ We uncovered the patterns:

Once we looked at the week as a whole, it became clear where things started going off track.

3️⃣ We used that insight to plan:

Finally, we took what we learned and made a plan for the next week.

The goal isn’t just reflection—it’s using that reflection to plan better moving forward.

✨ By consistently reflecting and planning,

my client is now better prepared each week,

and the last-minute rushes have started to disappear.
