How to get **** done with ADHD ☑️

Hey,

99% of ADHDers aren’t as productive as they could be.

Here’s how to join the 1% who are…

When I was being coached by Dr. Ed Hallowell, he revealed 7 secret keys to productivity with ADHD.

If you:

👉️ Feel like you're constantly playing catch up.

👉️ Waste hours of your precious life procrasting.

👉️ Feel you're never quite in control of your situation.

Here are 7 rules I learned from Hallowell to join the elusive 1%:

1. Slash Energy Drainers.

👉️ Excess meetings drain time and energy. Use Looms instead.

👉️ Delegate things you hate to someone else.

2. Craft your perfect environment.

👉️ Our ADHD brains are masters of association.

👉️ Work out where works best for you and optimise the space for focus.

3. Keep your task list SUPER simple.

👉️ Only the most important tasks should make it to the task list.

👉️ The rest go into an "idea" pile. Do this digitally or physically.

4. Decide your day's activities every morning.

👉️ Set your intentions. Be realistic.

👉️ This will reduce that feeling of "I've worked 10 hours and its still not enough".

5. Use Noise Cancellation Headphones.

👉️ These have the biggest impact on my focus. They create a focus bubble.

👉️ Combine with 90-mins binaural beats for deepest focus.

6. Get everything out of your head.

👉️ You can't focus with 100 thoughts ruminating in your mind.

👉️ Journal or brain dump before big focus sessions.

7. Take breaks away from desk.

👉️ Move. Eat. Even just for 5 minutes every 90.

👉️ Let your brain cool off and reset before the next stint.

Sometimes, we just need to get sh*t done.

If you follow these rules. You will get sh*t done. I guarantee it.

This isn’t all Hallowell taught me.

Along with his teachings, I spent 10 years learning about my ADHD build my six figure business?

Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of ADHDers achieve the same results.

Why are you not joining that list of people?

Can you really afford not to?
