stability first... exploration later

Why are ADHD entrepreneurs so unstable?

We often think we can address stability later—after we’ve hit certain milestones or goals.

The truth? Without a solid foundation, everything else is at risk of crumbling.

When you're faced with

👉 Moving parts

👉 Unpredictable changes

👉 The daily chaos that comes with being your own boss.

It’s nearly impossible to grow your business sustainably.

And for ADHDers.

This instability compounds our symptoms so we end up:

👉 more stressed

👉 burnt out

👉 feeling unstable.

ADHD brains are wired to jump from one idea to the next.

But without stability, that'll find you going in circles instead of making real progress.

✨ Stability isn’t boring though; it frees up mental bandwidth you need to execute on all those amazing ideas.

Here's how I help my clients build stability:

We focus on creating something super simple called the minimum viable structure.

Do it right now.

Pick one area whether its organization for a certain project, or finances for your whole business, and create a super simple system around it.

Keyword: simple.

Don't overengineer, just create something that will give you stability in that area.

(It could be downloading a Notion template, something simple on a Miro board, or even just a table in your notepad)

What’s one small change you can make this week to build more stability in your business?

Reply to this email letting me know - or show me the system you’ve made! Extra points for simplicity.

Have a great day!
