The 5-minute ritual to save your Mondays
No more Sunday night anxiety.
Hey ,
If Sunday nights make you anxious, you’re not alone.
For years, I'd get the Sunday Scaries thinking about everything I “should” do...
and somehow still wake up on Monday feeling behind.
Here's the icky formula:
ADHD time blindness + no clear deadline = Monday chaos
In the community, every Monday at 9am PST / 12pm EST, we do weekly planning.
(Quick plug—if you can find time on my calendly to learn about the community book here)
After burning out my first go-around as a founder, I came across dozens of books that told me I should…
Do some reflection.
Now I bake this into my own mini ritual and I'll share it here.
Look, whether you do this taking your dog for a walk or minutes before you sleep doesn't matter. What matters is the effort for reflection itself.
(But I highly recommend a notepad)
Here it is:
Write down 3 feelings you want to create this week.
(Example: Calm, focused, confident)Pick 1 small win for Monday morning.
(One thing that moves you forward)
After that, put this sticky note on your computer screen.
It'll be the first thing you see.
Here's why this works:
Feelings - Reduce overwhelm. We need this clarity to calm the noise.
The Win - Create your own dopamine. Small wins make bigger tasks feel possible.

You don't have to operate in panic mode your whole life.
But you can take one daily step to become more Accountable.
For yourself, your feelings, and your business goals.
