Reversing ADHD Time Blindness
A worthwhile pursuit
For most of my life,
my relationship to time was pretty simple:
Theres was “now”
and “not now.”
And nothing in between.
Everything felt urgent,
immediate,
overwhelming,
and no ability whatsover to plan for the future.(Or even think about it)
But here’s the thing,
through years of practice,
I’ve managed to develop a new skill:
➝ the ability to think long-term
➝ while still managing what’s right in front of me.
And trust me, it wasn’t easy.
With ADHD, this is unfamiliar territory.
Here’s the real challenge:
learning to hold both
➝ long-term
➝ and immediate goals
➝ at the same time.
It’s about understanding that not everything needs to be done right now,(but some things do).
And learning how to navigate that balance takes practice.
That’s what I’m working on with my clients.
Developing the ability to manage both the now and the future without feeling overwhelmed by either one.
It’s clunky at first….

…..but with time,
it becomes a powerful tool for success.
Take baby steps today friends.
You got this.
