You're not lazy. You're scared to fail.

Hey,

You're not lazy... you're just scared of failing.

Let’s cut the crap.

If you resonated with the above,

You’re likely stuck in a cycle of ADHD procrastination.

Not just your average “I’ll do it later” stuff,

I'm talking paralyzed kinda procrastination.

Every task feels like a mountain kinda procrastination.

Stare blankly into the ceiling feeling completely helpless kinda procrastination.

For the record, you're not lazy. You're just crippled by fear. And you might not even be aware that its fear.

But deep down, you probably fear that you're not capable of completing it so you put it off to prevent that gut-wrenching feeling of failure.

Well, that's gotta stop.

Firstly, you gotta know that your past does not define your future.

Whatever you’ve failed at in the past - the future is yours to write - you can rewrite the story.

Here's a strategy to snap out of that sh*t right now.

Think of the big task that’s haunting you.

➝ Now ask yourself, what’s the one thing you KNOW (related to that big task) you can do right now that’s so easy, there’s no way you’ll fail?

It doesn’t matter how small it is—what matters is that it gets you moving.

You've gotta prove to the doubters in your own mind that you are capable of doing stuff.

That one big horrible thing you've gotta do, is secretly just a compilation of small easy wins.

So try it right now!

Think of one big thing: It could be replying to an email. The easy win here is to just OPEN the email. You know you're capable of OPENING an email.

Once you get there, you've already climbed half the mountain, you might as well carry on.

Waiting for the perfect moment? It doesn’t exist.

Get that first easy win right now, and watch how everything else comes together.

My client "Tom" was doing exactly this.

His ADHD had ruined his confidence so badly that he procrastinated everything out of fear of failure.

We implemented this easy win mentality religiously... with EVERYTHING.

Two months on, he's closing deals and chasing up clients like a new man.

I barely recognise the guy.

And you can make the same transformation.

Join me in the November cohort of my 90-day ADHD Accelerator, and I’ll show you the exact steps to stop procrastinating, boost your productivity, and take back control.

Let's crush this together,

Ian T.
